The 'Readme' files are not normally available outside the installer and yet can contain useful product information that it is useful to know pre-install, especially if judging whether to install a minor (.x) release. A selection of 'Readme' files can be accessed at the links below. Files for pre-v8 are listed separately at the bottom of the page
Desktop Client
Web Client. There appear to be no release notes as the client is created on the fly in the web browser and features are set at the server end. There is no manual either.
Server (Portfolio Server installer installs both Portfolio Server & SQLConnect - latter needs separate licence)
NetPublish Server
